Provider Relations

Our Provider Relations Specialists act as a liaison between providers and PEHP. They address complicated claims, policy, contract, and procedure issues, network/provider status and participation, and requests for Provider and Electronic Trading Partner Agreements, fee schedules, and the resetting of passwords. They update provider data files, including demographic changes and the addition or termination of providers. They also educate and train providers on new PEHP products and policies. To provide optimal service to PEHP providers, each Provider Relations Specialists is assigned a specific service area to manage. This assignment is based on the physical locations of the providers.
