Electronic Trading Partner Agreement (ETPA)

Our online services are only available to providers who have signed an Electronic Trading Partner Agreement (ETPA).

The ETPA agreement governs the rules by which providers agree to access Individually Identifiable Health Information that PEHP provides through the secured PEHP for PROVIDERS website.

If you have not previously signed an ETPA, follow steps below:

  1. PDF Icon Download the ETPA document.
  2. Sign the ETPA.
  3. Fax the executed ETPA to your Provider Relations Representative who will assign you a User ID number and password and communicate this information back to your office.
Beginning July 1, 2010

PEHP will no longer be administering any CHIP medical or dental plans.

PEHP will continue to pay CHIP claims with dates of service prior to July 1, 2010.
