Electronic Funds Transfer

PEHP offers Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  Providers that would like to participate in the EFT process must meet the following criteria:

• Have a UHIN Trading Partner number
• Be actively sending electronic claims (837)
• Be able to receive an electronic remittance (835)

EFT is a paperless process, therefore, once the provider is set up, all paper checks and remittances will cease.  If you would like to sign up for EFT download EFT form

• When filling out the EFT form, please list all providers with their corresponding NPI numbers that you want to receive the EFT payment for.
