Medicare Supplement

If you have earned service credit with Utah Retirement Systems (URS) or are a participant in a URS Defined Contribution Plan you may be eligible for a PEHP Medicare Supplement plan, even if you or your employer have never had PEHP medical coverage.

You can meet you individual needs by selecting from the following combination of plans:

• A pharmacy plan only
• The Medicare Supplement Medical Plan only, or
• Combine a pharmacy plan with the PEHP Medicare Supplement Medical Plan
